Author Biography

• Juliana Alencar Moreira Borges

  PhD in Clinical Care in Nursing and Health from the State University of Ceará (UECE), Master’s degree in Public Health from UECE, and Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC, 2006). Specialist in Family Health, Health Services and Systems Management, and Health Surveillance. She works in research management at the School of Public Health of the State of Ceará, serving as Research Manager. She has a professional background in the management of Primary Health Care and Epidemiological Surveillance in the State of Ceará, with experience at the Ceará State Health Department, in the municipality of Fortaleza, and in hospital services. From 2022 to 2024, she worked in the follow-up and monitoring of state Epidemiological Surveillance. She has experience in undergraduate teaching, especially in collective health, mental health, and child health, as well as experience as a tutor in Distance Education courses offered by FIOCRUZ and as a supervisor for FAURGS.
