ONLINE TEACHING IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC: EXPERIENCE REPORT

Abstract

To report the role in the online teaching remotely of the Course in Primary Health Care in medical training and its pedagogical adaptations during the pandemic. Experience report in teaching in the Post-Graduate Course in Teacher Training for Primary Health Care at the ESP/CE from July 2019 to December 2020, 50 teachers divided in the USs linked to the six SERs from Fortaleza, though reports at teachers’ meeting Remote teaching technologies emerged to minimize the effects of the pandemic and achieve the objectives of the Program. Remote teaching facilitated the adaptation of schedules, providing continuity of activities and compliance with health protocols, but there was greater difficulty for students to interact and feel motivated. The role played was exemplary, as the professors were developed new ways of teaching and learning, giving new meaning to pedagogical practices, and guaranteeing the supply of the content proposed by Course.
