ESP/CE opens call for new scientific journal reviewers
The Paulo Marcelo Martins Rodrigues School of Public Health of Ceará (ESP/CE), an agency linked to the Ceará Health Department (Sesa), is holding an open call for applications for professionals interested in acting as evaluators/reviewers for the scientific journal “Cadernos ESP”.
Applications can be submitted by July 31st, using the online form, if you have a minimum doctorate degree.
The results of the administrative procedure will be announced individually, after analyzing the information provided by each applicant. Previous experience in the role and a history of publishing articles will be some of the criteria considered.
According to the Health Research Management of ESP/CE, the selected candidates will be tasked with ensuring the scientific quality of the manuscripts submitted to the journal, offering a critical, technical and constructive evaluation, in addition to contributing to the other work processes of the executive and thematic editors.
Gepes manager Zilvanir Queiroz emphasizes that the public call should expand and diversify the journal’s team. “Currently, Cadernos ESP has 33 active reviewers. And with the inclusion of new reviewers, we will further strengthen our ability to review and guide the productions received,” she adds.
