Authors should ensure the following requirements are met before starting the submission:

Originality and Novelty

The manuscript is original and has not been simultaneously submitted to another journal.

File Format

The document should be in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or RTF format, with a maximum size of 2MB.

Reference Standards (Vancouver)

All references must follow the internationally adopted Vancouver Standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Formatting and Presentation

The manuscript adheres to the official Cadernos ESP presentation template, with correct formatting and guidelines.

Blind Peer Review

Submit both identified and anonymized files as per instructions to ensure blind review.

Ethics Approval and Consent (if applicable)

For studies with human or animal participants, include ethics committee approval and informed consent from participants, following CNS Resolution No. 466/2012 and Law No. 11,794/2008.

Authorship Contribution and Responsibility

Plagiarism Policy

If plagiarism is detected, the manuscript will be removed from the evaluation process immediately.

Copyright Declaration

Authors must read and agree with the copyright declaration, authorizing Cadernos ESP to publish and distribute the article.
