THE USE OF CLINICAL PRACTICE GUIDELINES IN PHYSICAL THERAPY CARE IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE

Report of moments in which users of UAPSs were allowed to experience rehabilitation based on clinical practices using resources with low financial cost. This is an experience report of a descriptive nature that aims to systematize the knowledge acquired from physiotherapy visits, carried out during the period of multidisciplinary residency in health at the Public Health School of Ceará, with users of the UAPS. The therapeutic plan was built following the clinical practice guidelines for each specific condition, during the patient care, the clinical improvement was noticed in both the painful condition of functioning and understanding the importance of the therapeutic role of physical exercises. Despite the difficulties encountered in health services, such as the lack of adequate supplies, it is possible to change the reality of physiotherapy care, requiring the implementation of efficient practices.
